    Durometer hardness system provides hardness measurements on elastomers and plastics with a sample thicker than 6 mm according to IRHD and Durometer hardness. It complies with international standards DIN ISO 48, ISO 48, ASTM D 1415 and DIN 53505. Available inserts for IRHD: * Ball 2.5mm (IRHD N) * Bullet 5.0mm (IRHD L) * Bullet 1.0mm (IRHD H) * Insert Durometer A You can insert the inserts into the measuring head without tools. An electronic identification of each insert is located in the measuring head. The corresponding software for each insert is set automatically. You cannot confuse the inserts. Therefore, this system eliminates operator errors. The patented IRHD N, H, L / Durometer Hardness System works fully automatically with a PC and the Hildebrand software.     The MICRO IRHD SYSTEM is a hardness testing machine. This system eliminates user errors during testing through automation. Samples are placed on the support table. The table is automatically placed under the measuring head. After placing the weights, the degree of penetration is digitally measured after 30 seconds and converted into MICRO IRHD UNITS. The Hildebrand MICRO IRHD software monitors and controls the operation of the system. The software works under Windows and offers unique functions.     The IdentiPol QA offers a new measurement technique with which incoming materials can be determined whether they deviate from a reference database. Among other things, melting point, glass transition point and dynamic mechanical properties are screened with this system. The obtained viscoelastic fingerprint of the test sample is compared with the reference database; a deviating sample gets a low QIS score and can thus be easily recognized and rejected. The system includes a standard database. It is also suitable for glass-filled and hygroscopic materials. A granulate grain, powder or piece of product can be taken as a sample. The IdentiPol QA works with English software under Windows XP, VISTA and Windows 7.
