Verivide service

VERVIDE maintenance and service for a sustainable and standards-compliant use of your equipment for color assessment and product control.

You have purchased your Verivide light box to assess your products on color and / or quality.

To this end, the light boxes are equipped with light sources that must meet specific requirements for color assessment. Through use, the lamps gradually lose their light intensity, so that after a certain period of time they no longer meet these requirements.

To keep your Verivide light box in good condition, you should periodically:

  1. the fluorescent (TL) and, if applicable, the halogen lamps (type A or H) should be replaced.
  2. The white lamp reflector needs to be cleaned.

For the replacement period, the guideline is to do this every 2000 burning hours, or otherwise, every 2 years with continuous use. The on / off switching frequency in a period of 2 years leads to a lamp aging, comparable to 2000 hours of continuous use.

We supply the original Verivide lamps for daylight and shop light. We are happy to include you in our service database. You will receive from us, without obligation, a reminder every 2 years that the service to your Verivide light box must be performed again.

You can then choose between the following three service options:

Option 1:
You run the service yourself. You will receive the necessary lamp set and a cleaning cloth for the lamp reflector, including a brief description of how to act. You pay for the delivered items, plus the costs for packaging, insurance and transport.

Option 2:
You let us perform the above-mentioned service. We replace the lamps, clean the reflector and check the light box for any defects. You pay for the delivered items, plus a fixed rate for call-out charges and working time.

Option 3:
is option 2, supplemented by repainting the interior of the light box. This will restore wear and tear of the interior coating and your Verivide light box will again meet the set guidelines. You pay for the delivered items, plus a fixed rate for call-out charges and working time.
