The IdentiPol QA offers a new measurement technique with which incoming materials can be determined whether they deviate from a reference database.
Among other things, melting point, glass transition point and dynamic mechanical properties are screened with this system. The obtained viscoelastic fingerprint of the test sample is compared with the reference database; a deviating sample gets a low QIS score and can thus be easily recognized and rejected.
The system includes a standard database. It is also suitable for glass-filled and hygroscopic materials. A granulate grain, powder or piece of product can be taken as a sample.
The IdentiPol QA works with English software under Windows XP, VISTA and Windows 7.
