The IdentiPol QA offers a new measurement technique with which incoming materials can be determined whether they deviate from a reference database. Among other things, melting point, glass transition point and dynamic mechanical properties are screened with this system. The obtained viscoelastic fingerprint of the test sample is compared with the reference database; a deviating sample gets a low QIS score and can thus be easily recognized and rejected. The system includes a standard database. It is also suitable for glass-filled and hygroscopic materials. A granulate grain, powder or piece of product can be taken as a sample. The IdentiPol QA works with English software under Windows XP, VISTA and Windows 7.

Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) is a fast, non-contact and highly accurate detection method for analyzing almost all plastics in solid, film, granulate or powder form. The technology can be applied mobile, in the lab and online in production for automatic separation. The measurement takes less than one second and operation is easy via the color touchscreen.

The sIRoPAD is the first and only Near Infrared measurement system worldwide for the detection of the composition of plastic samples directly from production or from a recycling process. This system is the ideal solution for the control of impurities and contaminants of PET flakes or the detection of the composition of other thermoplastic mixtures. The sIRoPAD scans the samples distributed on the reflection plate in a continuous run, measures and saves the results as a complete file with all information or as Excel files via USB or WLAN on the PC.
